Puppy Interview Appointments: Covers the interview process to match you with the right pup.
Pet Concierge Services: Optional services like transport coordination, health paperwork handling, and personalized onboarding support.

Important info
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another litter within our policy (see your agreement for details).
Puppy Interview appointments are scheduled once application is received.
Concierge services are billed per request or package; details will be provided on confirmation.
